Mid-Day Meal Project
Two years ago, the future of education for Adivasi children in Morpada Village, Palghar, stood on fragile ground. After the railway department demolished their small school building, the children were left with no option but to study under open trees 🏕️. With no proper classrooms, basic facilities, or shelter from harsh weather, hope slowly began to fade. Each passing day saw fewer students attending school, and the fear of permanent closure became very real.
But dreams don’t disappear when there are people willing to fight for them. 🙏
Through the relentless efforts of our dedicated team at Niswarth Samajik Sanstha, along with the valuable support and cooperation of the railway department, a new chapter has been written for Morpada Village. Today, a new school building proudly stands—offering safety, dignity, and a nurturing environment for learning.
The impact has been nothing short of inspiring. 🌟
Student strength has grown from just 12 children to 55 enthusiastic learners, proving that when the right environment is created, education naturally flourishes. Classrooms are once again filled with curiosity, laughter, and the confidence that comes from being seen and supported.
